CONTACT offers a 8-session training program, in which volunteers learn
counseling skills used in dealing with critical human issues.
This intensive training program was created to give volunteers
the tools needed to effectively handle crisis situations. It also helps volunteers to understand and
manage relationships and problems in their own lives.
